Life with a new baby can sometimes be hectic with having to adjust to your new role and the transition to parenthood. Growing Baby offers postnatal visits to help you with whatever you feel you need. Your postnatal visit may include, but is not limited to:
* Teaching you about baby massage
* Learning about soothing techniques and time out cues
* Helping you with bathing your baby
* Helping you with breastfeeding
* Taking a nap, walk or shower while I am there
* Helping out with light housework
* Answering questions about basic baby care
* Providing you with community resources and information
* Someone to talk with if you are feeling overwhelmed or blue
Postnatal visits are a minimum of three hours and are offered within the fowllowing communities.
Price: $ 85.00
If you wish to have a visit longer than three hours, the cost is $25.00/hour after the first three hours. Please call or e-mail for more information or to schedule an appointment.
